divided this page into several different sections just for ease of
searching. I will continue to update these pages frequently.
Section 1: The Darkroom setup & the Enlargers
- This section gives general info on the way most darkrooms are setup, the
chemical setup, the tools necessary for one, and general knowledge on the
setup and how to use the enlargers.
Section 2: Exposing an image onto paper
- This section describes the process from placing the negative into the
enlarger, making Test-prints, how to use a grain focuser, filters
and other instruments (Dodging/Burning tools, etc.)
Section 3: How to develop the image
- This section tells you the stages from how to develop your photo to
drying your image, retouching, etc.
Section 4: Special Techniques - Alternative Processes such
as Non-Silver Process, Posterization, Solarization, The Sabbatier-Effect
(Pseudo-Solarization), Toning, Polaroid Transfer Techniques
(Photo-manipulation), etc.
